Ordering Information:
We do carry a few Christening Gowns in stock but we have a limited supply. Most of our Christening Gowns are custom orders. They are all handmade exclusively for you. We will try our best to accomodate all your special needs.
Payment:
Due to rising costs for credit card transactions, we no longer accept Credit cards.
We do accept personal checks.
Sales Tax:
Georgia Residents add 7% tax to your order.
Shipping:
We use UPS ground. Prices and ship times vary depending on the part of the country you live in.
Once your package has shipped we will send confirmation and a tracking number via email.
Privacy Policy:
TJ Designs is committed to protecting your privacy. All information collected by us is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or distribute any names or personal information, from our customers, to third party businesses or organizations.
Return Policy:
There are NO returns on Custom Orders.
We hope you are 100% satisfied with your order. In the unlikely event that you are not, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your merchandise, no returns or exchanges will be accepted after this time.
Upon notification of your return request we will issue a return authorization. You will have 7 business days to return your order to us.
There is a 30% restocking charge for all returned merchandise.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping costs are the purchaser's responsibility.
All returns must be unworn, unaltered and be returned in it's original packaging with the tags still attached.
