The inspiration for Victorian Dreams comes from an old antique catalog. One of the first dresses I designed was a very simple version of this dress. I added additional lace and puffing in teh skirt section to create a more elegant gown. There are 22 yards of French Lace in this dress as well as 14 rows of pintucks and 5 yards of puffing. The gown is made with white Swiss Nelona fabric and ecru laces to give a very antique look. The simple puffed sleeves have a touch of lace and silk satin ties. Four mother-of-pearl buttons adorn the back yoke. A matching bonnet is included.
This gown can also be constructed with white laces.
